Thats not very nice of you Les.
Oh well, I bought a LARGE bottle of rum[the real stuff] yesterday. Real cheap down here.
Sunny day, so off to the golf course. It's not all fun though, have the ball and chain with me!Den.

i have put up some signal flags asking for help in who moved the flag,i think it might have been me,but i am not sure,as i think i was in a senior moment at the time.
    hI mike.
HAVE YOU FOUND THAT FLAG YET.?????. You had better not tell Mike the post you lost it. As he will deduct it out of your pay, not that weve ever been paid yet. You could make a cardboard cutout of the flag in the mean- time, im sure nobody will notice.

Sorry about the size of the tanker (100,000 tonnes) but it is the biggest I could get with the money thats been advanced me via Vernon. Seeing we have now a tanker in the fleet I think we need to recruit more crew. I'll be having a word with young Den ref., playing with his balls. Golf to me is a good walk spoilt (Oscar Wilde). I see Mike the Flag is donating a new 'Duster' so seeing that there's so many of of us living in different parts of the world, (us POOR buggers in the U.K. are only existing and any food parcels are welcomed). Now where was I. Oh Yes! Lets have Mike the Flag cover the remaining 3 quarters with the motifs of where we come from. Like me it could be a Rose in a cider bottle, Daishop could have a leek in an urn ( Dai not that type of leak) the Witches could have a Kiwi, Dazy John could use a 'roo, Frank in Leith could have a thistle on a bed of haggis. Don't know what to give Vernon as he's been everywhere mate he's been everywhere, maybe a bok on a table (get it) and our crew in Florida could either have and orange or Micky 'Bleeding' Mouse. And Den, well it would have to be a VAT of 16b's with a polar bear astride. All info is most welcome, and I propose Mike the Flag as Sailmaker so he can stitch 'em on. Mike

Like the idea of a vat of 16 bells. But could I have my choice of what I would like astride it?

Les mate, not the Tassie brew, had to endure it over new year in Moama. All the bloody rissole club had, I reckon those witches have been extracting the urine and selling it to the Taswegians. Even the stuff they are brewing below decks taste better. But we have to be careful as it is gettinmg close to Leeks day and who knows what they will brew with them??????
    Happy daze John in Oz.

    Hi All .
I always thought that BEER was brewed with leaks in it. IE have a few beers then you went a leek. A few more beers and another leek.So that by the end of the night your having more LEEKS than BEERS.LOL
