Serve with a nice fresh crusty loaf and a bottle of good red. Don't mind what wine as long as its red and either merlot, granarche, tempranillo or shiraz. Hey, you were happy enough when you used my "bricks" to build your Karzi back home.

Pigs testamonials are very tasty as well, done in a red wine sauce with with finely sliced champignons and snow pears. But to prepare first catch a pig, easier said than done. Failing that you could always get a Goanna and roast it in a pit fire like the Abbos do, but the best of all cokatoo pie with pureed feathers.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

    Wink

now lads. i'm fed up with this cruising in the bay, dodging those sardine fishermens cockleshells. we are now going down to the famous straights of gib, turning left (port)and heading for m****ille. going to get some nice truffles and roquefort to go with the port then on to genoa for some spag bol, plus some emmanthal cheese to go with those red onions previously mentioned, and we must have some oysters and mussels for our fish stew. get your skates on cookie and serve it all up on the bridge. cheers. alf
