Re: EU and our PM.
Interesting views from young French people on Newsnight last night. They were interviewing people in two towns, French and German, that face each other across the Rhone. On the French side, high unemployment, factories closed down etc., on the German side full employment and at a theme park called Europa they were struggling to get staff for an extension to the park, having to recruit from the likes of Rumania etc.
There is a French political party led by Le Penn that stands a good chance of gaining power at the next election in France and if they do they will hold a referendum on EU membership. Nearly all the younger French people interviewed wanted out of the EU, citing similar views as to many U.K. voters such as loss of sovereignty etc.. One of the advisers to the French president who was one of the original 6 head of states to sign the Rome treaty that created the European Economic Community, stated that all who signed that treaty knew that they wanted an expanded and integrated European Union and not just an economic zone. So if the U.K. votes out it appears that the house of cards of the EU may start to crumble.

Re: EU and our PM.
German officials have prepared a paper for release in July. The paper puts forward the founding of an EU Army and its headquarters based in Germany.
The paper states Germany is willing to join early..to take responsibility and assume leadership.
Looks like Harold Macmillan was right all these years ago, when he wrote Germany would take contro of Europe.

Vic

Re: EU and our PM.
Cameron said he was Not going to bring those 3,000 kids from Europe into Britain.
On tonights TV news they said he is.
Also on the BBC Tv News from Manchester it said, There are 1,400 children in the North West who are waiting to be Fostered, So where the hell is he going to house these Kids.? They are in Europe, They are Not being bombed, unless their own people from That religion bomb them. So If he wants us to go into Europe is it safe for our own children if it is Not safe for the other 3,000 kids,?
Will he adopt some of them?? and all those mental do gooders, the SNP man said it was the same situation as 1939 when the jewish kids were being gassed.
These people were not even born in 1939 so how do they know so much about it? He wanted to bring them all in here. I have noticed that Not one daft do-gooder has volunteered to Foster some of them, They cannot Foster our own kids in Britain. There are thousands of Kids here homeless and waiting to be Fostered.
Will he bring them up as Christian or moo, slim.??
This country is going faster into a lunatic asylum.
I am Now going to write to Cameron about his uturn.

Re: EU and our PM.
I have just sent this email to Cameron...................
.
Dear Mr Cameron
I was surprised by a report on TV News that you have decided to bring in children from Europe
Also on BBC news a report that there are 1400 homeless children in the NW of England that are waiting for a Foster home
If we cannot look after our own children where are you putting the ones from Europe
Some MPs have said 10000 kids have disappeared in Europe and 3000 are in danger in Europe
If so why are we being urged to stay in Europe I would fear for my grandchildren if that is the case
If Europe is so dangerous for kids then let us get away from it soonest
How would you rear these children would they be brought up as M*****s or Christians. another problem that needs thinking about
And do Not forget ISIL have been sending their operatives over with the Refugees so are we allowing them sanctuary here as well
Mr Cameron I am a Veteran and Tax Payer in the once great Nation
so I would at least expect a reply one day to my emails, these seem to be in short supply

Re: EU and our PM.
now just a scenario what if we thought it was a child say a young girl of 8/12 bring her in she could be a married woman and under her human rights she would be allowed to bring her husband and under our laws the government could be breaking the law by letting a child be raped{because that's what it is } under our laws so there is a lot to think about? instead of bringing people in the families of known fighters that's gone out to the middle east and have given their rights up to have british nationality should be deported on mass the government know were these things are being radicalised and the places of worship they youse should be raised to the ground we are far to soft when you know what is going on but doing nothing we should be ashamed of ourselves ?? just my view jp

Re: EU and our PM.
There in lies one of the problems John. We had a simnilar situation here in Oz last year. One of those funny dressers married an 8 year old girl. The court found him guilty of rape and he was deported. EU laws in general may well be very different to those of UK, so an impass may well come about.
Interesting that some of the French feel the same way, there is every possibility that the whole thing will implode in time.

Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.
