Re: Tony Blair
From where I stand, the people of my generation (I was born in March 1935) have massive experience of life. We don't live on stupid assumptions, assumptions are only used by people who have no facts or previous experience. When you have lived through life you can see the foolishness of those still on the pathway. When facts are known through experience, assumptions are pointless. We the elderly have often been through wartime conditions and when young men of our era reached the age of 18 years, they were called up for military service, a "luxury" unbeknown to the youth of today. We know how to live and conserve, so now we can sit back and smile at the headless chickens running around in circles.
Britain will not go down, in fact it will shake those people who voted "remain".
Our country will once again become Gt Britain through Brexit. Everything as we know through experience takes its own time to work out, so just be patient, "it will happen".
FOURO.

Re: Tony Blair
Well as Lewis has already stated that he has no interest in politics and is only playing the Devils Advocate we should see what
he is about. For the subject of the thread he chose possibly the most hated person in the country Tony Blair, knowing full well
that this would get our backs up, and as it worked perfectly he's now moved on to voting rights, what better way to raise the hackles of old codgers, "he is pulling our string" and having a good laugh at our expense. Credit to him for starting a very
lively thread, in my opinion he is a "wind up merchant" and a good one at that. Sorry folks I think "YOU'VE BEEN FRAMED" JC

Re: Tony Blair
Hi shipmates,Tony Blair is a snake oil salesman, He is NOT labour? but a Blair /right a right wing group of people, who love money and power a complete sell out, of all the tradition values that working class people fought and died for, a war monger who killed innocent men women and children to line his pockets? the greedy pigs like the kinnocks must be worried about the un earned money, they are given by the E.U.

Thats right Ivan it is only my opinion and have been known to get it wrong before "as we all have at times"
but methinks I'll sit back and on this one "and enjoy the ride", cheers JC

Re: Tony Blair
I wonder if Lewis wants euthanasia for us over 65, Again Three times I have heard on TV News today, that people are living too long.
So if they do start euthanizing us then Lewis would be right, No Votes for over 65s , as we will not be here.

Re: Tony Blair
hi lewis
who would have got them out of bed and took them down to the polling stations if not for the older persons like us there would be no one at the polling station, that's why they want it all on line so they can press a button whilst still in bed, and voting fraud in immigrant communities is so corrupt and unsafe

Re: Tony Blair
louis
blair and Mandelson and the kinnocks where new labour and like the rest of the labour party they are not averse to sticking their snouts into the trough when called on, and in the case of the three mentioned they are so intertwined with the European union that their pensions and their future prospects ie further awards and the prestige of being part of the hypocritical autocratic unelected European union is their way of enshiring their names in posterity and the annals of the history of Europe.
whilst the rest of us try to just get on with our lives.

Re: Tony Blair
Well Lewis your last post certainly put the broom in the bucket and stirred the poop. I too join Johnf in crediting you with starting a lively thread. I give you an "A" for effort, can't say I do for the part regarding over sixty-fivers loosing out on the referendum vote. I'm pushing eighty and the vote is very important to me.
That all said, thanks for sharing your opinion. Don't get disgusted at all the flack coming your way or change your opinions IF they differ. Can't say though I'd be happy if all it was just plain 'old shite stirring.
