Re: Covid Vacs
Not sure if we have any golfers onboard. Anyone been watching the PGA on Sky sports. The Memorial Tournament. The leader John Rahm has had to withdraw as he has tested positive. He was informed after he completed his 3rd round. I think he was on -18 and was well clear of the rest of the field. Thing is the other players who have been in his company will have to withdraw as well by the looks of it. This Covid virus is a long way from being beaten.

Re: Covid Vacs
Lewis, I can understand that people are trying to lead as normal a life as possible, but it beats me why large numbers are allowed to attend sporting events and such like.
Covid numbers are on the rise again in the UK and I wouldn't be surprised if the easing of restrictions are delayed and further measures imposed further down the line.

Re: Covid Vacs
A few weeks ago during the PGA championship that Phil Mickelson won the scenes with the crowds was ridiculous as he had to force his way through the crowds. With scenes like that no wonder there are outbreaks of covid in sport.
Liverpool have 3 Brazilian players were due to fly out to take part in the South American Copa America tournament next week. Thankfully they have refused to take part because of the high levels of Covid in South American countries.
The sooner they call off the delayed Euro 2020 football tournament the better, with games to take place in 11 cities across Europe & UK the better, failing that all games should be played behind closed doors. At least it will stop most fans travelling.
The increase in Covid is going to see any plans for the cruising industry on hold again I suspect. I was half listening to Andrew Marr this morning and the question of Vaccine passports was raised again , Human rights was also brought into the mix. What is the problem about carrying a vaccine passport?
Draconian measures but it is now time it was made compulsory for all(children under the age of 15?) to have the covid vaccine, no more of this it is against my religion. Only exemption would be on medical grounds.
