    peter o'toole also made an excellent war film,"Murphy's War" another one i like is "DuckYou Sucker". i also have seven israeli films all about the fifties rock-N-roll scene great music and a great laugh.

    Not Clint Eastwood, but I think any of the Pink Panther movies (or anything Peter Sellers for that matter) rank high on my list, as well as James Bond, particularly Sean Connery, movies are right up there too.

    Just been having a wee look at the Alex Salmond thread. Must admit, I had heard of Mr. Connery supporting separation and was most dismayed. We're having similar goings on here, with the - once again - threat of Quebec separating from Canada. I always fail to see the purpose of these things - all they seem to do is waste more taxpayers' money and end up going nowhere.

    I'm right behind you too, Marian. I truly hope Scotland stays right where it is, part of the UK as a whole.
