Re: The Romanians Are Coming.
Thats great , thats good, Blow fly Abbott, and you have a look at the size of his mouth he could swallow a 4/20 Pie without even any move by his Adams Apple.
So well believe what he says wow, actually I dont belong to anything either but when you throw people out of work in the Thousands I might add, then it realy gets to a stage where you say, well now Captain only one fried egg, mmm remember.
None of us will be here when all sorts of things that you wouldnt even invisage will happen.
Immigration wiil be and could be happening in the Amazon instead of here and no mines will be here apart from the local Dentist who will be the only person drilling.
So as far as Abbott the rabbit is concerned i wouldnt be a second Mate on a london bus with him around, do you remember those species called Lemmings they all jump over a cliff every year well that might very well happen at the next Abbott liberal Meeting.
In the meantime xmass greetings and fill those stockings up for all those that have nothing , God oh yes oh my god Ive mentioned that word , Abbott the Rabbit that also Clive doesnt like says well you know have a good one .

Jim, If Rolfe Harris beats the charge(s) we may welcome him back as our next supremo. However he will have to undergo a physical to see that his facial and demeanour is suitable for public display. Would have a go myself but the broken big nose might put people off. Cheers John S.

Re: The Romanians Are Coming.
Look the Red Flag or Abbott the Rabbit or the Oppsition wont make one bit of difference too the oh yes 44 degree temp here just yesterday, even the Auto Gas pump would not stop as the temp had got so hot that it was best to turn off the pump yourself as the Gas would just keep going, you may need to realize that these temps are definitely higher, and your stupid political Leaders have no intention of letting the rest of the population know anything princibly because of the Almighty Dollar.
Now If you think growing a few tree,s is going to stop this thing getting worse and well i know your going to say its not happening oh yes i do, then of course you could mention New york or the Phillipines ans yes wait for it the Next Rainy Storm season in North Australia fasten your safety belts, your English Winters are getting worse thats why your safety barriers are there and yet Oh no its not happening, one guy said its nature well now isnt that the same thing.
One Captain asked me many moons ago on a NZ Union Steam job why i Didnt have a life jacket on , (We were in Port) i said im a swimmer of International repute Captain. Phase two on this planet is going to be so much different than our lives. When I eventually passed Second Mates Certificate after failing it twice because of Lack of Education from an Orphanage, yes i passed 3rd time I never ever forgot my humble beginnings and those Great Chief Mates and Captains who spent time with me right from the Rules of the Road to doing it hard and getting it.
Many good Men who have shown promise to guide this good Country through the hardest times in World History, World War 2 John Curtin who refused to be overruled about our troops in North Africa many other good things happened with very fine men that had humble beginnings same as me.
Abbott the Rabbit , or blow fly Tony will go down as a bitter disapointment. also many came here in the hope of a better life than the Bombings of London that left me without anyone except the Sea. I rest my case

Most politicians of any creed or colour are a bitter disappointment to me. And anyhow being of the masonic faith I have just taken my Commander Noah Degree to be on the safe side. Cheers John S.

Re: The Romanians Are Coming.
HI Glen.
I don't think anyone in the Western world anyway worked harder than I have through my life. Went to school at four [teachers more intent on squashing the Welsh language than teaching] left school at fourteen nearly as ignorant as when I went in; to work in a tinplate works along with hundreds of fourteen year old's. escaped too sea at 15 and half, enjoyed 16 years at sea despite the poor wages would do it all again. worked my butt off in the building industry always having to fight the boss and the political system for a decent wage hence my union activities, retired at 70 and what have I got from all the hard work? a pension that I'm afraid this Govt will cut given the chance, the money saved gone in rising prices. I counted up the PMs that I have lived under 36 and I can say that not one of them was any good. I'm not moaning I am just putting down what an average working man ends up like. Until workers in the Western world are earning the same money as the poor in India and Asia { America the basic is $9 an hour] the people who run the Western world will never be satisfied and make no mistake even if you have shifted allegiances from your working class family up-bringing to some new loftier position, in the end it wont make a world of difference, there will always be the them and us.end of rant
cheers Des

Re: The Romanians Are Coming.
Glen what I find odd is everyone in Aus was screaming about Gillard wanting her-the party out. Now all laughably screaming about Abbot the Rabbit. What do the Aus public want Glen, they get what they vote for just like every where else with democratic two party system One or other take our-your pick.
It is the same here, they belly ache about Hollande, yet they voted him in with a landslide + a socialist to boot! Ask anyone bemoaning the government why they voted for him & all denials sprout forth just like the 'I was not a Nazi' (: "I did not vote for him" "well who the f... did I ask?" Same same in Aus, they majority voted for Abbot the Rabbit so live with him until next election which could be sooner than you think.

Re: The Romanians Are Coming.
We want to stop the Romanians coming here but the MOD sent them work over there. They won a contract to beat UK firms to a £150million deal to refit 24 Puma choppers. They shaved millions off the cost so the MOD gave them the contract,as it happened only half of the helicopters are finished on time.I think they were for Afghanistan but we will be out of Afghanistan by the time the remainder of the choppers are handed back to the RAF.
Regards.
