Re: Ee haw ee haw
I was in Silverton. the ghost town , north of Broken Hill, no one lives there, just one pub and a girls grave right in the middle of the street,.just an ugly barmaid and a three legged dog that fell over when I said "Sit". no one else.
I had a couple of pints of 4XXXX when I got outside my van was surrounded by hundreds of camels
all sat in the road, We had to stand on them to climb over to get to the van,
we sat there for over two hours blasting the horn and revving up the engine. They just would not move.until a few grumpy ones who disliked being bumped by the van finally moved
Brian.

Re: Ee haw ee haw
Brian, no one drinks XXXX any more.
It was only given that name as in Queensland where it was first brewed no one could read or write.

Re: Ee haw ee haw
Fair go Happy Daze, most clubs and pubs I know stock XXXX and Cascade from Tassie. Was a time in territory when not popular, then a major shortage of Calton stuff, so XXXX held the day.
