Some years ago here in Oz one of those diet persons said you should eat no more than 36 eggs a year.
On holiday I got my 36 and that was it.

But now of course the diet police have changed that.

But for breakfast, none of that cholesterol stuff for me, just plain rolled oats with oat bran, chopped up KIWI fruit all in Cranberry juice, washed down with 400 ml of black unsweetened coffee and 300 ml of low fat tap water.
Good thing is it had lowered my cholesterol to below the minimum.

But I cook all meals, share the shopping, I push the trolley, and bought a much lighter vac so Terri can push it around, better than pushing me around.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Gold star for the lightweight hoover 4 more if you can push it
I do push it and yes happy as I have lost a bit of middle fat and pulled the belt in another two notches.
Of course low calory tonic water does help, Gin I am told can be fattening.
