    But here is one for those who may think the gov brought in the 1 hour employment rule saying anyone working only one hour per week is employed.

    It was the International Employment Agency, a division of UN, that in 1966 brought that in. All western, and some other, countries adopted that scale.
    But who do you know who only works one hour per week?
    Doubt there would be many shifts under three hours.

    Today Lewis the dollar is worth 61.2 GB Pence.

    Back in 1982 the GBP collapsed and the Oz dollar was worth some 75 GB Pence.

    But on the other hand in 1999 the dollar was only worth 48 GB Pence.

    Swings and roundabouts comes to mind.

    Hi Cappy.
    Article in the paper here states that in the UK there has been a leap in the number of older entrepreneurs 69 year old and over starting up business in the UK . You active again?

    Was that when the panto was in town and yours said she was Cinderella. The Size of her size 9 pit yakka boots should have put you wise. Cindy had nice dainty feet and I put on both shoes for her. The other one had to go to the blacksmiths. Suspect that was the one Brian met up with in the Rex. Cheers JS.
