Regarding the £350,000 a week for the NHS, we are Not out of eu yet. so we will have to wait until the thieves in europe stop taking our tax payers money THEN we will be able to increase funding for the NHS.
    .
.People say he led the country into a war in Iraq on a lie? did he? Lewis.

    Hi Lewis,
Fony Bliar was told, there were NO Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, by our very well informed leading Inspector in Iraq,
Doctor Kelly, CMG, who was alleged to have been Murdered a few days later to shut him up.
Bliar was never questioned on this. he should be made to answer these questions, It was said Kelly Committed Suicide, BUT his injuries were impossible to kill anyone.
That " person" [ I cannot say, man] is the most shifty untrustworthy person ever to walk the streets of Britain, and no way should he be allowed to have time on TV spouting his lies and rubbish. He is a total disgrace,
He should also be made to pay income tax the way I have to pay income tax on my miserable MN Pension.instead of placing all his earnings into his own Charity, so it is Tax Free.
I am running out of Adjectives to describe him.

[QUOTE=Lewis McColl;254213]Well obviously Tony Blair is not flavour of the month. People say he led the country into a war in Iraq on a lie? did he? or was he misled by George H Bush and the White house? Also can anyone actually say the Brexit campaign was not a pack of lies either? £350 million a week for the NHS.[/QUO
If there was any misleading done, it was done by Blair misleading Parliament and thereby the British people.
RE: #1, Tony Blair "sadly tainted" You've got to be joking, "Justifiably tainted" is nearer the truth, and still he got off
lightly, they didn't call him "Teflon Tony" for nothing you know. JC

During the referendum, the brexiteers claimed that money could be made available to the NHS, once the UK was free of the EU. Many people mainly remainers ridiculed this statement.
A few weeks ago any independent organisation publicly stated that the UK would be £13bn per annum better off once it was free of the EU shackles.
So the original claim was not so far fetched.

#8... Lewis you don't make mistakes like that when you are PM. He had no right to be in collusion with any government about taking his country to war on anothers premise without the people knowing. He is another egotistical basket who should never be at a countries helm as far as I am concerned. Has he ever apologised to the people?? There is no doubt more than him involved and he will still have his cronies around giving him bad advice, such as shown himself off just in time for the start of Brexit, another one who will not accept the ballot box. Cheers JS PS To me he is not a servant of the people to him the people are servant to him. It was also stated in the press which if untrue he should have answered that he was selling British Gongs to foreign investors for his so called Party funds. Both himself and Cherie if one can believe what is put out, was that he was anti royalty in any case, why should he want a title then. Apart from anything else Hypocrite springs to mind. If he does succeed by giving some of his wealth away to charity, don't think there will be many people who will congratulate him. JS

So the Brexit battle bus did not have this on the side then???https://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.M...5&pid=3.1&rm=2 so this is not misleading then and there was no intention to deceive the electorate.
Also concerning PM Blair's tax returns I am sure he is acting with in the UK tax laws just the same as PM Cameron was.
Lets face it as a seafarer myself I never paid a penny in UK income tax since 1982 right up until I retired in 2013, simply because I applied the tax regulations that are in place today.

Lewis, this what I wrote. ............Regarding the £350,000 a week for the NHS, we are Not out of eu yet. so we will have to wait until the thieves in europe stop taking our tax payers money THEN we will be able to increase funding for the NHS.................
So no one has deceived us , we knew this from the beginning.

Regarding Bliars TAX, I cannot open a Charity and have my pension paid into it Tax Free, because I am just a Pensioner and do not have the facilities to do so, He with his Millions can do that, so has Brown who takes out of his Charity £12,500 a week, Tax Free, for expenses.

also if you are a resident of Spain you do not pay UK TAX

So I paid and bought with my money, a State Pension , I bought and paid for with my own money a MN Pension. then they take a large amount out of it in Income tax. We just cannot win.

#15, As far as I can see the wording on the bus says: WE SEND THE EU £350 MILLION A WEEK.
Then it says, LETS FUND OUR NHS INSTEAD, Nowhere does it say we will pay £350 million a week into he NHS.
it says lets fund our NHS instead, "there is a difference" you read it how you want to. Anyway you are jumping the gun
as we haven't even left yet "more is the pity", I can only assume that as you live in Spain you are upset as to how it
will affect you, my cousin has just moved back from Spain after living there for about 15 years, maybe she wanted to
beat the rush to get rid of property, we voted to leave the EU because we are sick and tired of their interfering, open
borders and taking us for every penny they can grab, I don't know how that affects you but I do know how it affects us,
and we have had enough. JC

"Not flavour of the month"...More like the decade Lewis!

Re your point on the war, whether George W Bush & the White House beguiled Tony Blair or not [rather think they did] Tony Blair as Prime Minster deliberately misinformed the British people not only is that despicable but he has not been held to account, so the needless deaths of all involved were I believe on a narcissist whim of a liar.

As to the brexit bus, personally think they struck gold with that slogan which really irked the remainers so much so they are still bleating about it Until we are out of Europe only then can the British voters see where the money is spent. With the funds needed by our National Health Service I believe Prime Minster May will indeed divvy up accordingly, more than her jobs worth not to.
Would be interesting to know how brexit effects your lifestyle based in Europe
    Lewis.

    Hi All.
I think that Blair should be-aware that coming out into the open might bring up things he wants to hide, after all he and George Bush were and still are responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths in the Middle East, and as we saw with the Bosnian leader the world court in Europe is still there to try people for war crimes, and the whole mess in the Middle East is a war crime, but hey! they can now blame Isis for the mess, instead of blaming them for Isis.
    Cheers Des
