Re: Latest UK News
On j uly 11th last year, when mp's were voting for a payrise, thechamber was packed with many standing. On te27th of February his year, for a debate on welfare reforms for thesick and disabled, only 3 Tories, and 12 Labour MP's wer in the Commons, wha a diabolical set, says it all really,Jly 11th was a Thursday, did they all have a sick note in?
Ron K.
.
Hi Ron, I look in on the Parliament Channel on TV andb the Chamber is nearly always empty.
Go onto "THEY WORK FOR YOU" on google, type in your post code, that gives you the nmame of your MP and what they have been doing for the last year, how much money they make on the side and where they have been and what they have voted for.
Mine spends her time in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia campaigning for Mu slims rights in the UK . She was born in Pakistan so that is her interest Not mine,
It is amazing what these bludgers get up to.

Re: Latest UK News
They should make lists of attendances of every MP and published in the electorate of that MP. Apart from having a substantial fine for non attendance without a valid excuse for his/her absence. They are the first ones to shout about absenteeism in the work force. Anyhow I dont have very much regard for the average politician, they dont practice what they preach are overpaid for what they do, the worse ones sre Brussels if there was any fairness in the world the great great 8 times removed grandson of Guy Fawkes should be found and asked if he wanted to do a good deed for all . Re: Latest UK News
You should be more tolerant of your MP Brian , invite her round for a full english breakfast , so she can understand your culture better , You know the works , sausage , bacon , black pudding , fried bread dipped in lard , after one of those , I am sure she would understand you much better

Think the last time she was in the Whitley Bay M..... she bumped into Brians old girl friend, and she is now a bit wary of what he might attempt to do, his reputation has preceded him, JS

Re: Latest UK News
Thanks for that description of an artery busting morning repast Rob- just finished MY full/half empty breakfast consisting of porridge (made with water) with a little fruit and fat free plain yogurt. Reminds me of my time with Cunard as a waiter after the bloods had had their breakfast and all 'wiped down', queuing up at the hot press ordering,'A pair of fried on fried,Canadian bacon.sausage(2), hash brown, mushrooms, all on a bed of pancakes with Maple syrup. Ahhhhh, those were the happy times.

./ There is nowt wrong with Whitley Bay John.
It is just the ladies who are a little Too enthusiastic, they nearly killed me once with their enthusiasm.
I did more in a month in Whitley Bay than I did on the Australian coast in 12 Months.
Happy Days.
Brian.
