Re: Time and tide..............
Well they are begining to drop off, the scabs that is not the legs, just cannot imagine life without them having to bum around all the time. But my GP tells me that at 120/78 my BP is perfect and better than some half my age, don't know anyone half my age!! Saw some alt tablets in the chemist the other day and all they did was bring back mamories of a life long past. All I take now is Nexium every second day, but the Vitamin B12, well it's like this, alchohol strips the Vitamin from the system, so all those years of Cape Smoke and others have come home to roost.

Good to see Brian, but a mate of mine silly bugger that he is thought that to get the benifit of B12 he could do it by taking two of his wifes B6 tablets.

Re: Time and tide..............
Well went to the Doctor again Today for Blood test results!
Damn and blast why did I start this!!
Well here goes!
Now have bad Type 2 Diabetes (had this a long while but stopped all my dieting etc as my Blood Sugar was very good at 4.2) however as I have left things for so long,i now also have affected my Kidneys!
Now on Metformin 500 to try and lower the Blood Sugar!
Next
I am very deficient in Vitamin D ,the reason for all my leg aches etc.
Put me on Caltrate 600 Vitamin for that!
Next
Some good news haha!
Blood Pressure is down from the 191/80 to 160/80 and that's only after a week on the Norvasc.
So Doctor says no more Sugar of any sorts, Healthy Diet which I have Found on the Net and printed out!
Have to see him now each week until the BS goes ay down!
Normal is between 4 and 5 mine is at 11.5 Grrrrr!!
No wonder my Eyes are always feeling blurred!
Oh well as said its all old age creeping in,and here I was thinking I was still 21 LOL!
Cheers

Re: Time and tide..............
Vernon as a consolation if you divide your age by 3. 47619 you will find you are only 21. Or if someone says how old are you? say 3.47619 X 21. They might just remember the 21 bit then. Cheers John S

If you had had real beer instead of the ginger kind, no that was not a pun, you may not have had the problem. But keep at it Vernon and you will recover.......in time.
