First time on this site
I have just joined the site and am getting used to the way it works,
I have been in the Merchant Navy since 1978 and am still in the marine industry.
I am a serving Pilot for the Ports of South Wales.
I have been a Pilot since 2008 and very rarely come across British crews these days, most notably with the coastal trade.
It is because of this that made me think of my time in the MN when we had one and fellow shipmates
