    Default Seaman's death in Australia

    Hi Ray

WOW You Guys are amazing !!!! I have listed on the Web site All the voyages William Garland made and I hope it is of use to everyone. It is great to be able to see where he went not just the name of the ship and date. The information you have given is overwhelming and I am just so pleased that I found this site.

    Take care

    Lilian

    Default Seaman's death in Australia

    Hi DeepSea

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to reply. I have been in contact with Sandie Atherton since she took over from Neil Staples. After I sent all the Movement Cards to her she phone and said that she wouldn't consider them until I found the missing pages. The National Archives have been very help is trying to locate the missing bits. Ironically it was Neil who told me that his medals had not been claimed and how to gather the necessary information.

I am a very grateful granddaughter - so proud to have found this site.
    Regards

    Lilian

    Re your Qoute
    Castleman,

Your information is misleading. For all Movement Cards from 1st January 1939 to 31st December 1946 are held at The National Archives at Kew and can be searched on line from the link below.

    Thank you DeepSea
As always i was only trying to assist!
    Cheers
