DA DA MEANS DEATH
In about 1985 two Australians were hanged in Malaysia for drug smuggling, another in Singapore in the late 1990's. Two more are on death row in Bali for drug smuggling and now I see a British woman has just been given the death sentence for attempting to smuggle 4 kilo of Cocaine into Bali.
What is wrong with these people? At every airport, sea port and on billboards in all major cities and towns through out Asia there are signs that say, DA DA MEAN DEATH with a picture of a noose with it.
I for one have no sympathy with any of them and just wonder what makes them do it, is it just for money, or is there some other driving force?

How many kids on drugs are already on the Death Sentence.?
Hang all dealers,
Britain is full of drugs, Five young people died last weekend in Liverpool and Manchester taking contaminated Extasy tablets. They have two men in custody for it, but they will soon be back on the Street,
Drugs in Britain are smuggled in by the Ton.
In the 50s and 6os I could get a packet of 20 ciggies in over the 200 allowance. so where are the Rummage squads we used to have?
Also how stupid are kids today, what is missing from their lives that they have to take drugs?
When I was a lad a few Rum and cokes was all I needed, or a pint of Higsons ales.
Hang them all, when there are no dealers left there will be no drugs.
Cheers
Brian.

i agree with you brian, but would have the rummage crews at the airports and as they caught anyone smuggling drugs, make them swallow them in front of everyone that would soon stop the drug smuggling.

people talking about you is none of your business

I agree with all of the above , and wonder how this woman is a widely travelled world voyager , and is also a little bit mentally impaired , Her defence seemed to be that she was mentally impaired and her kids had been threatened . I was sympathetic at first , reading what the press had written , poor old lady about to be hung by those nasty Indonesians , to paraphrase it . BUT the more I read , I don't think she was that stupid , I think she was calculating , and enjoying the cash she was getting jetting off on World Travel .
IF she is spreading the misery that is drugs , and further reading , makes me think that she had b done it more than once , good mule , an innocent old Granny who is a bit soft , I would like to se her suppliers and contacts hung with her .
Unfortunately , reading what the newspapers have to say , gives a skewed view of the events , Indonesia is not top of their friendly places , so all they do is bad , Old Grannies are good Press so what they do is good

granny bashing
I agree with all the comments posted re drugs etc, and those that suggest hanging the perpetraters of these crimes. it should be pointed out that the 'hanging is too good for them' lobby should be aware that they are probably correct- our cuddly granny mule is to be executed by firing squad.

How is it that we see videos taken by T.V. programme makers of dealers working in the streets but the so called authorities can't catch the scum. I don't think they care because it doesn't affect the wealthy.
I read in the paper some years ago that a British MP was at a conference and during the coffee break he was chatting to a Chinese official about the drug problem.
He said that the Chinaman told him that when they started getting drugs/dealers in China they took six of the suspected dealers and excecuted them..........no more problem.
We have no clout, no backbone, it's all about human rights.

Too many weak Ponces in Parliament and in the EU Court of Human Rights and too many PCs people,
Start executing those in public then the others will wake up and get tougher.
While the Drug Cartels are making Millions out of the Lives of British Kids our Poncy fairys in charge of the Country just look on.
It is so simple, get every addict to say where and from who they buy their drugs from. They dont want to know.
Outside my house every day a couple of cars drive up and park, they get out leaving one man at the wheel and then he goes down the path to a small bridge at the end of the lake, they meet the dealers, money changes hands and packets, I watch them with binoculars from my bedroom window. then they come back and zoom off at very fast speeds. I have the car Numbers. I told two of the local Policemen, They said they would come and see me and get the car Numbers, For two weeks now no sign of the Police.
These dealers are all Asians, mention Asian to a Policeman and he runs a mile, dont want to know, they can do anything they want,
So what is going on. Are certain people getting back handers I wonder for looking the other way?? I dont know but it makes you think.

It's time Hanging is brought back in UK.
the same with kid abusers and murder.
When I was young a murder was in the papers for weeks.
Now it's between two adverts.
That woman knew what she was doing.

I think you will find that anyone who does what she did do it for the money and nothing else.
Public executions of such rat bags would go a long way to stamping out the problem
In Indonesia she will spend up to 6 years on death row before they shoot her, and conditions there are worse than third world. She will be taken out early one morning to a very quiet spot on a secluded beach, tied to a pole and bingo. Problem is it will get very little publicity in the news until a couple of days later.
