I do apologize it was my spelling, It was my Doctor who said that, I hadn't said anything to him at the time, I was too concerned with having a Stomach implant fired into my guts with a big needle.

In Russia, St. Petersburg, back in2017, it was obvious then that the people loved him he could do no wrong.
Talk then of him becoming president for life if he wished.
    Wonder how they feel now.

On radio this morning a correspondent from the Biased Broadcasting Company.
He spoke of a Russian Trick cyclist he knows who spoke out against Putin some 14 years ago and for that spent 10 years in a Russian prison.
He is now convinced Putin is on the same road as a certain German in WW2.

An ex KGB man Putin does not think in the same manner as the average person, sees only the end he wants, not so much how to get there.

News coming out that many of his troops are surrendering in Kiev, they have no wish to kill any one from Ukraine, both sides have family and friends in the others.

There are only two ways this will go, total anialation of Ukraine or some one will take Putin out.

What the world needs now is a 'take him out' similar to Osama bin Laden, can be done but does the west have the balls for such a venture?

#153. Murmansk 1964 for those who were there on the ore carriers will remember the similar blocks of flats as shown on the footage of Russian rocketry punching holes in them today in the Ukraine which looks very much the same. How many were taken to the seaman’s club and entertained talking to mainly Russian girls for them to practice their English on .They were so proud of their own Country Russian achievements and thought they were above the rest of the world in their luxury . When you told them you owned your own house and motor car they immediately looked at you with suspicion and disbelieve , and were all well brainwashed. Also how many were approached before leaving the UK by an MI6 officer saying they would appreciate any information on the port as to the submarine profiles we saw and the gauge of railway lines in the port etc.etc. And even offered a camera. I told them no way hozea , one came back 3 times and received the same reply. In the finish he gave up , saying I was unpatriotic . I had no wish to having a stay of 10 years in a Russian gulag. They would and did disown all the ones who were caught. Propaganda is always used by all sides in any type of warfare be it hot, cold, or just political and it is up to the individual to make his own assumptions and not to accept all he reads . JS

Loaded in Murmansk a couple of times where women line handlers were the thing. Got into an argument in the Seaman's club regarding public schools in England but had to give way
in order to be allowed back on board. In contrast , loaded ore in Poti - Georgia , Black sea and found the locals completely different - laid back.

Once the economics sanctions begin to hit the oilagarchs that's when the changes will happen.
Putin did a deal with the oiligrachs a number of years ago, the deal was, you stay out of my business and I won't interfere with yours.
The game has obviously changed in recent weeks.

Think it’s too late for sanctions Vic and doubt they will ever work now . If you only take 50% of the news as true it has now gone over the line and will be played out to the bitter end , it can only end now as a last resort with the downfall of the total Russian government as such . JS

A ship full of Russian gas has been diverted from canvey island on the Thames after dock workers refused to unload it and in the USA pilots are refusing to pilot any russian registered ships.

Latest news, the Russian army has control of the nuclear power station.

Sleepy Joe Biden says USA will not stop taking oil from Russia.
He does not want the people of USA to have to go without just because there is a war going on in Ukraine.

    Gas supply will also continue.

    So why impose sanctions???????
