I'm pleased the growth is onwards and upwards . With the spots of late I was getting a few concerns and I think on the whole we've got a great site from Brian and I think it's brilliantly moderated I have done moderation on sites and I wouldn't be a moderator for a skipper's wages whatever you do somebody will disagree with you and everybody will find it wrong but I was going to put a suggestion to you and delete thisif you wish I won't have a problem with that but could we offer all those that vanished an amnesty for Christmas and see if any of them want to come back or would you regard that as a potential trouble spot it is only a suggestion

Not a bad idea at all,but there is the fact that some who have vanished (as you say LOL) unfortunately we at Admin have our reasons not to ask them back!
There are those of course that would still be Welcome back ,and those are the ones that still have their registrations in place,so its entirely up to each one!
Its a funny thing you should post that as quite honestly only earlier I was thinking on exactly the same lines!
So if anyone who is not posting and is still registered (talking only of those wo have vanished) you are more than welcome to return!
PS I will have another chat with Brian later on others ????

Vernon the site is running extremely well but there are few niggles, some post what can only be called childish remarks and copious amounts with little reason.
Spend a lot of time skipping such as so do others by the lack of likes etc on them.
Pity because such ones take up band width which cost money.

Well just an update here and I see that our Figures are indeed growing as of Today we now have some Members18,750 what a wonderful achievement since the New Sites Inception, and my sincere
Congratulations to Mr Probetts for his constant additions and hard work to make this most probably the best there is in this Category of Forums.
Compare this now to SN Site and how long have they been going ? I am not sure but at present we are catching up in leaps and bounds as their count is now in the region of 101,000 . I know that seems a lot ,but as said we are catching them! Take the length of times on both and I am sure you will see that the time Span is quite a large one?
Anyway no matter as long as we grow ,and we certainly are!
