    Default The vikings,

    Here is a good Seafaring film, THE VIKINGS, full length film.
    reminds me of my ancestors. .and possibly Cappys as well as it is Northumbria. Enjoy an hour and 40 minutes, full screen and sound on.

    In those days they made some great movies, far better than some of the stuff today and the actors were all first class.

    Mind you it was rumored that they used Cappy as a model for the ugly onesLOL

    watched the quiet man last night I can always relate to some of the old Irish characters that lived around Liverpool and some of the one liners is great..jp

    i think one of my favourites of all time films was paul newman....where he played cool hand luke .....and ate the hard boiled eggs .....a great film .....a great actor specially also in butch cassidy .......only one thing bothers me in all my escapades on foriegn shores and times in the local calaboose etc never saw any bleedin eggs for breakfast......certainly not as many as cool hand ate .......wonder how many eggs it was ......now thats a question any body know .....will send a mince pie for xmas to the correct answer .....will send it via john saborn........promise....regards cappy
