I was about two and staying with my grandparents who lived in a big three storey house. There was a kid on the top floor, bit of a wimp, and i tied him to the banisters with the cord from a rattle thing he had. His mother got very mad with gran for allowing me to do it, she was a bit of a wicked witch but no match for gran.
