keith only because its the day after April fools day 30 odd years and believe me they were odd we married grand national day 1977 the day red rum won for the third time?jp

Day I got married was also Grand National day.
Speeches at wedding reception were delayed as 80% of male guests were in the bookies placing bets, the other 20% were on telephones to their bookies placing bets.
Still all worked out o.k. as all drunk by the end of the afternoon.
