The Arab nations were the true Aryans according to Hitler. So would have probably formed whole divisions of them to keep everyone in place while he relaxed with Eva in the Ukraine. JS

We can all look back in hindsight, but there were an awful of people backed Hitler. Also a lot from our own aristocracy at the time. To hold the power that he asserted he would have had to have the backing of millions, which he did. What stopped him was Russia, they must have had the highest casualities of the war, just about every civilian took up arms, and like Napoleon it was the weather which was the final straw which broke the camels back. There were also a lot of US citizens backed Hitler who on the advent of the US coming into the conflict had to learn to keep their gobs shut. After the war all these stalwart backers of the Feuhrer were conspicuous by their absence and only a few at the top received the penalties of losing the war. One man gets the blame as is the usual case but one man could not have achieved what he did unaided. JS

Germany still controls europe. It has all the industry that Britain gave up through our weak politicians, they are the true Quizlings.
Merkel has achieved what Adolf and Kaiser Bill failed to do. It still wants Ukraine and will probably start a war with Russia to get it.

Its not only certain elements in the UK who dont trust Germany 100 per cent, but also elements of the Russian People those who can remember the last patriotic war as they call it. I have no doubt Russia still teaches their chidren the true history of their lands so they are not likely to forget. When our generation dies there will be no records only what certain people want admissable. A country that only 70 years ago broke a non aggression pact and invaded them, what can you expect. Most Russians were considered by the third reich to be of slavic and therere inferior beings. The Russians on their retreat back into their mother country had to carry out a scorched earth policy to deprive the germans of food. They really got to know what suffering was under German near occupation. They say time heals all, it depends on how much time one talks about, maybe 1000 years the same as Hitlers utopia was supposed to last. John S

This may cause some concern amongst many here.
The BBC has conducted a face to face poll of a large number of the U.K. population, asking them "where do you think we are". That is do you think we are closer to family, neighbours, friends, other countries etc.
In the question what other country do you feel closest to?, the answers were.
Australia and the USA, closely followed by France and Germany.
    Hmmmmmmmm!!!

Do you think there is any truth in the theory that the Vatican helped Nazi war criminals escape to South America?

Sorry Jim was #56, too early in the morning, a slipped digit, just commenting upon the modern lack of understanding of history and knowing who your real friends are, as don't remember France or Germany supporting us in our hour of need at any time, one was our enemy and the other succoured our enemies, my posts are never meant to insult
