Try this!!
Put a sign on the fridge: "I will not smoke today!!"
When you go to bed, change the sign for: "Great, I did not smoke today and feel better for it!!"
The next day, repeat the process.
After 7 days, you should be able to stop putting silly bloody signs on the fridge!
You probably won't feel like a smoke either.
It's a one day at a time process.
