    Default Australian police.

I see in the UK news, that the Australian police are luring UK coppers to join them.
If I were a bollotician, I'd be over the moon about it. It would give us the opportunity to hire police officers from places like Africa and Asia, just like we do with the NHS staff. Plus of course, getting some of those illegals into work here. I mean, it's only fair isn't it, we are a multicultural society here aren't we. Some of our coppers don't even speak the local languages in London.
Paying Brits to police the UK has become very costly, all due to them being paid so well. It's the same with our bin men and other workers, they expect far too much. They want cars, tv's, holidays, their own houses, just about everything our bolloticians get.
Yes, it seems a great plan to get a less costly police force here that reflects our culture.

It has actually been happening for some time Johnny. My brother retired from the police 10 years ago and had worked as a training officer at a police training school for at least 5 years before retiring. During that time he told me of several instances where people were recruited who were absolutely useless, semi illiterate and in one case could not speak any English. All were recruited to enable them to say they were not discriminatory. The one who could not speak english was a female from Africa whose first language was some tribal dialect and she could speak a little French. The police authority paid for a language tutor on an evening in an attempt to help, but it begs the question how could she be trained if she didnt understand the language. She was eventually dismissed but it makes you wonder which bright spark hired her initially.
Other examples were - one female who got through the course but on her first day on duty turned up at the police station 3 hours late for her shift start at 6am. She claimed no one told her she had to work shifts and had three kids to get ready for school before she could do anything.
Another quit at the end of the first shift claiming that no one told him he would have to arrest people.

My son was in the police for a number of years, ended up as a detective in CID. He jacked it in due to the job getting a bit silly.

Well we advertise in UK papers for nurses so why not police.
Might be fun for some of your ones you wish to rid your self of.
Our police all carry n a gun as well as tazers, some of your lot might find that fun.
We work on the principal, bit like USA, shoot them then take the to the morgue to interview.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
