    Default Australian police.

I see in the UK news, that the Australian police are luring UK coppers to join them.
If I were a bollotician, I'd be over the moon about it. It would give us the opportunity to hire police officers from places like Africa and Asia, just like we do with the NHS staff. Plus of course, getting some of those illegals into work here. I mean, it's only fair isn't it, we are a multicultural society here aren't we. Some of our coppers don't even speak the local languages in London.
Paying Brits to police the UK has become very costly, all due to them being paid so well. It's the same with our bin men and other workers, they expect far too much. They want cars, tv's, holidays, their own houses, just about everything our bolloticians get.
Yes, it seems a great plan to get a less costly police force here that reflects our culture.

It has actually been happening for some time Johnny. My brother retired from the police 10 years ago and had worked as a training officer at a police training school for at least 5 years before retiring. During that time he told me of several instances where people were recruited who were absolutely useless, semi illiterate and in one case could not speak any English. All were recruited to enable them to say they were not discriminatory. The one who could not speak english was a female from Africa whose first language was some tribal dialect and she could speak a little French. The police authority paid for a language tutor on an evening in an attempt to help, but it begs the question how could she be trained if she didnt understand the language. She was eventually dismissed but it makes you wonder which bright spark hired her initially.
Other examples were - one female who got through the course but on her first day on duty turned up at the police station 3 hours late for her shift start at 6am. She claimed no one told her she had to work shifts and had three kids to get ready for school before she could do anything.
Another quit at the end of the first shift claiming that no one told him he would have to arrest people.

My son was in the police for a number of years, ended up as a detective in CID. He jacked it in due to the job getting a bit silly.

Well we advertise in UK papers for nurses so why not police.
Might be fun for some of your ones you wish to rid your self of.
Our police all carry n a gun as well as tazers, some of your lot might find that fun.
We work on the principal, bit like USA, shoot them then take the to the morgue to interview.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

    HI Johnny
I suppose you have hard of the Bondi Shopping massacre? A nutter stabbed to death six people and stabbed a number of other people, the Police woman who raced in shot the Basward three times, it settled his hash. This was all due to politicians changing the system, a Professor conducted an inquiry, I wont name him but I think he got his diploma from the school for idiots, he recommended that Asylums be closed and the nuts should be better off among the population, provided of course that none lived near his family home. some 40 or 50 dead nutters later from police shootings made it a cheap thing, but not for the people they stabbed or killed . My daughter lost her job in a big mental hospital in Sydney when they closed it, she sad at the time there was going to be sorrow.
    Cheers Des.
    PS
I hope your coppers coming here are well trained with guns

Des, come south we have loads of them. Mad youths as old as maybe 14 running around with long knives in shopping centers and other places.
Breaking into houses to steal cars to order.
Get caught and get bail, next day do it all again and yes more bail.
State gov now tightened bail laws after outcries from the community.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Enjoy the sarcasm sir. Nowadays it seems that's the only comment we can make before Herr Starmer's web scanning thought police get wise to it and come knocking on doors in the middle of the night..

My personal experience of UK police is that they have to submit to surgical removal of the part of the brain that permits common sense policing. .
The Met police in particular are led by donkeys, all looking to appease the loony lefties

Why does what you said not surprise me in the least! Blair started the rot in the UK when he decided that if you got yourself a degree at university you should be fast tracked into the police. The results speak for themselves - clueless "top brass" who have never worked the streets. Policing in the UK gone down the crapper thanks to Blair and co.

Have friends down in Melbourne so try to keep up to date with what's happening down there. It seems to me that Dopy Dan Andrews has a lot to answer for. It was him that was mainly responsible for whats happening down there, when he started importing garbage from a certain war torn part Africa. And the offspring of those "grateful" intruders are the ones carrying out most of the violent gang home invasions. And an "honourable" mention to the judges who routinely sentence the grubs to sentences of less than a year - so they can't be deported.
