Re: A New place to live
All very correct John, including the bit about Cappy.
But much of what we know about earth and the universes is speculative, theories, possible's and more.
Man is still discovering what is out there and each new discovery brings forth new possibilities of how we began and indeed how the universes came about.
The universe is we are told growing at the fastest rate known so far, so how much more will change over time, time a man made concept!!
How much more the earth will change, and indeed man, maybe they will all be over 7 foot tall in a couple of centuries.
But how many more people can this planet sustaian?
Current number about 8 billion up from just 2 in 1918.

Not bad considering we are told it started with two and of course your trouser snake. That Apple has a lot to answer for.? Went on to specialise in computers ., and thus increase people’s educational quality’s. Suppose it is mans destiny to have to believe in something ,as we all do, keeps us from going insane. There again whose to say we are sane in the first place.Someone who learned it all from an apple . Cheers JS

Re: A New place to live
I watched a programme given by Professor Brian Cox on STROMATOLITES. Must confess I had never heard of them before. It turns out without them none of us would be here. I can't find his programme but this is a brief out line.

Re: A New place to live
#73 As Doc says doesn’t come up . Checked to see it the word was an anocryism of tramcars but doesn’t fit either . Is not in my cheap Chinese dictionary either , maybe a new word in the music world for strumming on a plastic guitar ? Reckon someone with a brain will find and explain all . Cheers JS

Re: A New place to live
Theer are times when I just wonder.
All these new theories and words but for what?
Do they bring them up because like the rest of us they do not have a bloody clue what happened or what is going on.
Des mate, you just keep eating your breakfast, best way to start the day.
