Have heard a whisper that Gulliver is getting an updated Esso map, 1936 version, might help us???????????????????
    Hey John mate,
I am very bad with names at best of times, but that Logger LLoyd does ring a bell somewhere! Was he on one of the Castle Boats, possibly the Sterling or Winchester!
Just that the name seems very fimiliar indeed!
As for me getting logged pay, well as you say matey, tis no use here as this Ship dont pay Peanuts!! haha!

    best wishes taffy1eye
The only seals our gallant captain knows in basking seals. Now me I'm an expert, pretty much more of an ex and less of a spurt. Find now that we have free bus passes they won't let me take my bucket on board for long trips. Hope theres a loo in the crow nest when it comes for my turn. Mike

Right on the money Vernon, on the Stirling at one time, but his brother swivel eye only had one eye and it was said he could see more out of that one than we could with two. He would have been handy on this voyage, put him up on the wheel and give Alf a break.

    Default Shore leave

Listen you mutinous lot there will be no shore leave for Christmas until this ship has been (TITTY)vated up for entry into port. We have somehow thanks to our gallant skippers road atlas (1969 Esso edition) appeared off the the entrance to Grand Harbour Malta. So if you bunch of scuppers get to work we can be tied up and down the 'Gut' for a pint by Did Din times. I've relieved Den from galley duty and knocked up a very large container of 'Scouse' so if your hungry when you get back aboard you can scoff that. So get set to, and we thanks to the navigation of our captain can spend Christmas in port where some people still love us. Mike

Now Les that is not what we heard. He distilled the paint to get the metho out of it, and the brasso. There sno meat in the scouse as he sold that as well to by some very sus five bells scotch from a very sus Malteser, all brown on the outside and not much inside.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
