Armed Forces Day
Just arrived home from the commemorations at Chatham Historic Dockyard , I paraded with fellow members of Medway MNA...Super Day but very, very hot .Those Veterans and Standard bearers in uniform must have suffered..... Good to see our leader Gordon and his good lady attending .A big thank you to all the folks who cheered and clapped the Veterans on.. Regards, Alan.

Armed Forces Day
I do note there was some problems with demonstrators in Glasgow during the parades. I think it was disgraceful.
We do not seem to have an MNA branch in Glasgow I don't know why. There is a large number of ex seaman in the area. I would not have thought the demonstrators would get far and they did not. Any serviceman or seaman very popular in Glasgow.
regards
jimmy
