Can anyone tell me how to find my Dads ship
Trying to find the ship my dad was on as a steward on a blue star line vessel between 1927 to 1939.
I have a picture of him in his uniform on board a ship but no identifying marks as to the ships name. Can anyone advise as to how I go about tracing information
Thank you
Del

Hi Keith
Thank you for your welcome message and so fast. My dads name is William John Brownfield, born 20th March 1912 and really all I know is that he was a steward on a BlueStar ship. I have always wanted to know what ship he was on.
Thank you

Re: Can anyone tell me how to find my Dads ship
Hello Derek
Have looked at the NA , but there seems to be no matches for that Year of Birth ? It is possible that his Record may be held in Southampton's Archives though. Worth contacting them with the info you have and ask!
Good Luck Cheers
