Two points of interest from this gov of ours here in Oz. After all the hype about smokes being bad for you it must be taking effect as evenue from tobacco sales is down about 45 miliion this year.
Then we have the PM in New York trying to get us a seat on the security council.
A spokesman said, 'it will be difficult as Finland and Luxemborg will have the EU votes teid up, but we can rely on many African nations to support us as we give then aid'.

Hi Shipmates , Happy john in oz and J .Sabourn your on the money, But Aid has allways been about the backhander in business, not just in African countries but world -wide everyone in power knows the fact the more you grease the wheels the more you get back, Thats the main reason for swiss bank accounts. All government play the game!!!
