I don't know where the parents were in this case , but the kids playing in the Toy aisle in ASDA certainly were not there , or they may have complained about the prat playing foot ball with a ball off the shelves with his twelve year old

apropos babies or small children & s/house parenting, sitting in a little bistro last evening slight rain around 9.30pm, parents come into the covered-sheltered area with a baby maybe 3 mths old in pram screaming its tits off as cold & probably wet. They sat there as if nothing was wrong never looked at nor touched the baby. Had their meal whilst baby screamed the whole time sitting in a draft. They finished their meal then walked off seeing nothing at all wrong with having such a small baby out at that time or in the cold & wet.
