Normally with that info one should be able to get his Service Records ,however I have just looked and as yet cannot come up with his MNavy Record according to the R Number you give.
This of course could be that either his Records are lost or just that I cannot find them at this time.
I am sure our good researcher Hugh will come up with the goods as he has a lot more info on these things!
I normally do come up with quite a lot but Alas not this time.
