We have seen this type of request before , I think jobs here are hard enough to find for the men looking , if someone lives overseas and is not an ex patriot , then I think hey should start looking in their own country . having an Engineering Degree as well as the old style Class 1 / First Class certificate , I would suggest that a fresh graduate has very little idea of the practical skills required as a watch keeper , and would need to start as a Cadet from the very bottom , I would also suggest that the electronics and electrical requirements of knowledge required in today's engine rooms would leave a mechanical graduate short of skills too .

Help please please please
"Help please please please"
I can almost sense the desperation.
That's what all prospective students into this country say,and guess what?-this country is so much a soft touch that they are allowed in.Later, after 12 months or so they are nowhere to be found-they haven't gone home either. They are here to stay. Many of these 'students' have taken work instead and are illegal aliens on a 'student' permit.
Degrees and other professional qualications are regarded as suspect amongst foreign candidates, often being obtained fraudulently or purchased,Even degrees amongst graduates from this country are often undeservedly awarded.-if I were an employer I would deem an application containing grammatical errors and spelling mistakes to also indicate a sub-standard candidate.

In the 60's it was common to see in Indian " situations wanted" columns " Bsc from Calcutta University-failed "! It was reckoned that even though you had failed your degree you still had been well educated and therefore deserved a chance.
If this guy is for real his first job is to get an apprenticeship in the booming Indian Merch. We have too many learners here already.
