Investigators in California have ruled that a woman found hanging naked with her wrists and ankles bound had committed suicide.
Well Dr Watson what's your theory?
Yes I know its nothing to do with the sea, but I thought it an intersting little snippet

In last weeks paper. Sydney Australia, an Aborigine was found dead with two stab wounds to the back, three gun shot wounds to the head and found hanging by the neck from a lampost. Police said it is the worst case of suicide they had ever seen.
Happy daze John in Oz.
