One testicle joke

There was once a native American Indian who only had one testicle and who was nicknamed "onestone". Over the years he came to have his nickname, until one day he racked and threatened to kill anyone who used his nickname. The word got around and everyone stopped calling him by that name.
One day a young girl named "blue bird" forgot what he had threatened and called out "good morning onestone". Onestone took her into the woods and made love to her non stop for three days and nights until she eventually died from exhaustion.
Some time later a young girl called "yellow bird", who had been away from the camp for a considerable length of time,, returned and on meeting onestone said " good morning onestone", so onestone took her into the woods and for three days and nights made love to her continuously,
But yellow bird, unlike blue bird, did not die, why?
