Greetings,
Just noted your post as I was "googling" for an image of Naess Scotsman, i was on this ship between April 66 to October 66 as an apprentice, cannot remember any names of officers on the ship but I do remember the 1st mate asking the apprenticles to paint that nice white hull when the ship was steaming!
Attached an image of 2 apprenticles and I will search for what I think are a images I have someplace of a radio officer and some officers

Morning Ian , for some reason cannot open your pdf.

Greetings John,
The other apprentice I cannot recall his name but was not John Jackson, I think I sailed with him on one of the Dun boats and again I think I have a picture of him, I will resend the Naess Scotsman image again and see if you can open this time
Cheers Ian,,,aka JohnIanAndApprenticeNaessScostman.pdf

Still can't open the image Ian.
Still have most of the Denholm mags from '63 onwards.
Will check the list for '66 and see who it could be.

Hi John,
Still finding my way around here, I found and sent the image of offices Naess Scotsman circaNaessScotsmanOfficersPerhaps.jpg 66 to John Duffey,,,maybe he is one of them as I do think 1 image is of a R/O...would you have any idea who the others are?
I will find the one eventually of who I think is John Jackson on a Dun boat
