hi their to all you existing members out their, i was just googling the name Haparangi and came across your site by acident, which i diddnt know existed, i sailed on the Haparangi as a deck boy in august 1971, my first trip to Latvia and Lenningrad just after compleating my training at gravesend sea school, here are a couple of old photos ive just found, one of tha Haparangi and one of my classmates at Gravesend sea school July 1971, thats me on the far right, happy days ey when we had the largest and best merchant fleet in the world, now look at it everything registed in PannamaPicture 1 001.jpgPicture 1.jpg
