Hi Joe, couldn't be anything to do with you leaving nearly empty bottles in sight could it
, I used to drink
Johnie Walkers years ago but found I was getting a bit too fond of it so I knocked it on the head before it took hold
and now I only enjoy a beer or three

Perish the thought Joe, when I was a kid dad had a little cupboard with three bottles cognac, whisky and rum all for
medicinal purposes only of course, he only had a drop in a small glass and always licked and smacked his lips after,
talk about waste not want not

Re: Thanks .
Hi cappy, not sure if it's the same thing but my wife used to like a "snowball drink" that was made from advocate and lemonade,
the advocate was a yellow creamy drink I think it may have eggs in it, I'm sure Marian will know, at a family Christmas party
in the 60's my nephew who was about 8 went round sampling everyone's drinks, nobody saw what he was up to until it was to
late and he was blotto
one sorry kid the next morning. JF
