John I believe the least amount of medication you can take the better. The body has it's own way of healing and it cannot be rushed, all will be well in time.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Well played JP! Best news I've heard since sweets came off ration. You'll be following your consultants advice then- Close, but definitely no cigar.

Savour every moment, John and you too Brian. And smile. My best mate's wife responded to their daughter's question as a little girl, "Mum, why do you always smile at people?" Her mother, a country lady, replied, "That, dear, may be the only smile they get all day".
    Great news. Both of you.

    Both JP and Brian
As said great news for you both,i am so happy as I know that it must have been very scary but seems that you both beat it and can now go ahead and really enjoy your lives.
Great stull to hear no matter who!
I am off next Wednesday for a full check (been rather a long time ) but have to do this as I received a letter from our RTA saying that as I am now reaching 75 a full Medical and Eye check must be done for my Driving capabilities! This will now be performed each year thereafter.
    Hope all will be AOK!
At 85 we must go for a Driving Test but that's 10 Years away still! Whew!!!!LOL
    Cheers

    Stay fit and healthy ALL.
