Re: Medical Then/Now
A sad tale indeed Richard. We are, none of us on here ever free of the reminders of our own and our loved ones mortality. Your experience was a long time ago but obviously still able to hurt and I hope that sharing your sorrow with like minded (elderly) comrades will go some way to easing some of your pain.

Re: Medical Then/Now
Thanks shipmates, I have been happily married since 1957 but there's enough room and understanding in your heart to store beautiful memories.

Re: Medical Then/Now
I have often wondered where are they and what happened to them, two girls I courted in my youth, a few years back, who did they end up with, where did they end up, did they have kids etc. Attempting to trace such people can be difficult and possibly embarrasing to both parties.

Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Medical Then/Now
That's right John. I went with my family through Toronto in 1978 and on my own drove along her road past her sister's home where she was living when I knew her. No way would I have done more than that.
