Ken,do you remember Tom Smiths top of Commercial Road and Stanley Road a tall building it had a sign on it NUTS SCREWS WASHERS BOLTS.That is where the original joke came from,the building is still there but the sign has been removed.

Yes I do Jim,passed it today on the bus on Stanley Road,the office his still there but closed,the big Sign for Nut's and Bolt's was about Twenty (Foot)High.I think they supply the Hospital's with them now,if you believe me.All The Best Jim.Take Care.Ken.R634898

I don't take the 'Sun' Newspaper and never have, my observation is what the 'Sun' printed or more correctly what it allegedly printed, hope this clears it up, sorry I mentioned it!!!
