    From what I understand the Manchester Fire and Rescue followed the correct protocol , On the couple of occasions I have had seen Hampshire Fire and Rescue called to a factory , not as a false alarm , the firefighters have always been overenthusiastic to get going , protocols were never at the front of their minds
