Bill, for a change QT was reasonably balanced. It was a good debate apart from the woman from the Canary. Stella Creasy squirmed and slope shoulder job when she wouldn't criticise her boss Corbyn.

Re: do we really want this guy to run our country?
There has been much talk of the prop the DUP is giving to the country in exchange for 'money'.
Over the past few years there has been much sent to support Scotland and Wales in many areas, N.I. has not received the same.
What they are being offered is no different to that received by the others.
The DUP will continue to support the gov, not just for the money but because for the first time they now have some power, something they have not had before.

John and they now have power!!!!!! and by abusing that power they will have the gun men back on the streets of N Ireland. The DUP are stuck in the dark ages.
Labour takes shock EIGHT POINT lead in first poll since surprise election results.
Well they had best get as much of that £1.5 billion as soon as they can because the next Labour Government will have long memories.

I agree Cappy, and I have said I will try and keep away from political threads. Check back through the previous posts and most have beeen made by senior members of the forum. It has to be a two way street,I have my political views as do others but perhaps we need a gentlemans agreement and we keep those views to ourselves.

No we have agreed on many things, the french make the best Cognac, a lot of the French can be difficult, and we share a common distrust of a certain religious group. Now just to test the waters who makes the best whiskey?
