Bill, splitting hairs, it was in the past few weeks, certainly recently. It was as I stated on BBC news reported that Scotland got an extra £800m.

We in Edinburgh get the BBC news too, and strangely I have never heard anything like that, I must have missed that article, I will research that tomorrow, not at the moment, am watching Question Time at the moment, and loving the Tory minister being torn apart
