You will never find Utopia on this earth so is better to make the most of what you have. If your rellies aren't satisfied with their doctor they should maybe change. Hospital staff are human beings also and I am pleased they are here, and never had much room for complaint. Maybe no sugar in the tea perhaps. Cheers. JWS.

POS SOME THINGS DO NEED LOOKING AT IN UTOPIA ?
Despite crime across Victoria up a shocking 20 per cent and Victoria’s population having increased by more than 200,000 over the same period, the number of frontline police at police stations remains virtually the same as when Daniel Andrews came to government.
Daniel Andrews has cut police numbers per capita, closed police stations and seen crime spiral out of control, putting our dedicated and hardworking police on the frontline under enormous pressure.
And the Police Minister has even admitted that Victorians do not feel safe in their homes.
Only a Matthew Guy led Liberal Nationals government will fix the law and order crisis in Victoria.

Medicare saves lives.
The Government is planning to slash crucial funding that will see key services like doctor home visits cut.
We can’t stand by as politicians say “No cuts to Medicare” during an election campaign, then proceed to cut health funding. It’s not good enough.

Keuith, not sure where you are getting your info from but most of it is incorrect to say the least.
The gov has just announced changes that will improve Medicare along with improvements to school funding.
As to Victoria, where I live, you failed to mention that another 2400 police will be trained over the next four years to improve the situation.
Yes two police stations were closed due to lack of population. As to the 20% lift in crime rates, pure crap. But any politician can use figures to suit their cause.
As to the 'Robot' debt letters many were not correct, the ATO had made a number of mistakes resulting in them being issued.
Yes 36 mil calls to the missing link in one year , you must remember that that includes ones for Medicare which is now administered from there.

When politicians quote figures, percentages etc, no interviewer ever asks where they obtained the figures, and then grind them down, the old saying *99% of statistics are made up on the spur of the moment * is true.aS for Paxman, he is too fond of his own voice, never lets them answer the question, and is too aggressive, far prefer Andrew Neil, kt

Re: Corbyn V May Channel 4 8.30 pm tonight.
This sounds very much like our Q&A on Monday nights.
Panel of five with a mediator who is so left wing, as is our ABC, that one day he will meet himself coming back.
The audience looked as if hand picked and the questions are obviously vetted before hand and some of the replies from the panel makes one wonder just where do theses people live. Not in the real world that's for sure.

Enjoyed the programme. Both gave a good performance but I would not trust Corbyn or any of his team as far as I could throw them.

Re: Corbyn V May Channel 4 8.30 pm tonight.
Corbyn was no star in last night show, he was full of waffle gab.
Asked four times about trident, we got the usual rubbish. Pressed on whether he would write the letter to submarine commanders he reluctantly said yes, but he didn't elaborate on its contents.
Asked if he would nationalise the banks he pulls another rabbit out of the hat, by announcing an investment bank.
Where is the money coming from?
