A KNARESBOROUGH butchers has won another prestigious award in the meat industry.
Castlegate-based, Huttons Butchers pulled off first place in the Black Pudding category in the North West BPEX Roadshow and Product Evaluation Event held in Bolton, Lancashire last week.
In total, there were 344 entries from 67 butchers with various categories including pork pies and sausages.
Based on a new recipe, the 'Black Pudding' delivered on taste and texture and proved to be such a hit with the judges that they awarded a perfect score of 100 out of 100!
