Re: The exit debate on tv
I agree entirely with all of the above posts, having watched the programme as well. If ever there was any doubt in ones mind on which way to vote on the 23rd then those three women would make your mind up for you, vote leave. I could not believe the way in which they conducted themselves on national TV in a debate that is so important. Note that N.Sturgeon let the British public know that there will be an independent Scotland. She actually told us this 3 times, and yet tonight on the Scottish news they are forecasting 120,000 jobs will have been lost in the oil and gas industry by the end of this year. I have a postal vote which was posted this morning to the Counting Officer with the Leave Box having a large X in it.

Re: The exit debate on tv
Hi All.
Just my thoughts on the voting, which ever way the vote goes Britain wont get out, that's the way democracy works these days, they give people some sop to keep them puzzled.
Cheers Des

Re: The exit debate on tv
Interesting article in the Daily Mail by Bill Cash the Tory Mp on the EU. It's to big to go into hear.
Some pertinent facts, the origins of the EU are funds by the USA.
Churchill was for a united Europe, with us not part of it, he saw our destiny with the Commonwealth. EU placed a tariff of £25m on New Zealand butter..
EU restrictions on world trade costs the UK £5b.
Meetings are routinely held with no minutes taken.

Re: The exit debate on tv
When some insignificant MP defected from the Exit campaign, the BBC made a big issue of the defection.
Two significant Labour MP's have announced that they have joined the Exit campaign and not a word from the BBC.
The MP's are John Mann and Dennis Skinner.

Re: The exit debate on tv
I don't like the ORB poll figures out today Brexit 55% Remain 45%.That 10% lead could make some Brexit voters complacent, they may think oh brexit has walked it so I wont bother going to cast my vote.I would sooner see the poll as evens or Remain showing a point or two in front to make sure the Brexit voters get out and vote.
