Re: The exit debate on tv
Could be a conspiracy by the Remain crowd Vic to show all polls with Brexit in front by a mile.

Yes I don't trust polls either Jim,look what usually happens at general elections.
My favourite independent radio station LBC (Leading Britain's Conversation),which used to be mainly London & South East but became national a few years ago, has an online daily listeners poll, which since it started the poll in March this year has consistently shown about 70% LEAVE,30% remain. Let's hope so.
They are now saying the extension to the Registration deadline may now allow several hundred thousand to now cast their vote in the Referendum.
That will be the young voters then who will seal our fate .We are doomed to remain in the EU. If we do manage to Leave, then I'll eat my computer.I'm not stocking up on indigestion tablets just yet though.Coffee & News.gif

Re: The exit debate on tv
After watching that Great Show, TROOPING THE COLOUR on TV , Made you proud to be BRITISH. not a euro, that sounds like a bathroom sound after a night on the ale. How can those Quislings, Cameron, Corbyn, and all the other TRAITORS who want to place us into a Europe that is forming a European Army under German control with its Headquarters in Berlin.
That would mean , no more Trooping of the Colour and all our Traditions would be wiped out, those Regiments today the Guards, Greadiers, Coldstream, Irish and other Regiments, had History going back 500 years, and mostly for defeating the French, Germany and Italians. and would all then be under the Command of German Generals.
How humiliating would that be,
In Wartime all those would be Executed for High Treason. collaborating with the enemy.
My letter has been received in Downing Street for Cameron, I have checked the Recorded Delivery, oddly enough it was signed by "Mick". who ever he is .
So I hope that `Mick` delivers it to Cameron. I have a copy of the receipt and it does not say `Mick`.
I will try to copy it and post it.
Cheers
Brian

Re: The exit debate on tv
Quisling comes from a Norwegian in WW2 who collaborated with the Germans in Norway.
from a photo on google.
Vidkun Quisling, with, Heinrich Himmler, Josef Terboven, and Nikolaus von Falkenhorst seated in front of officers of the Waffen-SS, German Army and Air Force in Norway. .
They say that history repeats itself. I feel that we are indeed watching History repeat itself now here in Britain.
From Churchill........
The then Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Winston Churchill used the term during an address to the Allied Delegates at St. James's Palace on 21 June 1941, when he said:[8] "A vile race of Quislings—to use a new word which will carry the scorn of mankind down the centuries—is hired to fawn upon the conqueror, to collaborate in his designs and to enforce his rule upon their fellow countrymen while grovelling low themselves."
Just as they are doing today
Brian

Re: The exit debate on tv
Terry, you reading the D.M., you'll be voting for Cameron next
Seriously, if we leave the EU, do you think big businesses will allow the EU to put high levies on the goods that they sell to us.
IN the D.M. today, it stated that New Zealand butter has a tariff of £25m place on it by the EU, other tariffs are imposed by Sproutland in order to protect the inefficient Froggie farmers, the tariff's imposed on the UK imported foodstuffs cost us £5b a year.
Out I say, OUT.
regards
Vic

Re: The exit debate on tv
vic the top and bottom is we in great Britain have become lazy relying on others for goods the factories forced to close by the eu if we want anything make it here we have the brains the knowhow to do anything we want to do if the outcome is out then we will have a few bad years but will it make any difference to the bad years we are already having after that our own destiny will be in our hands and the members of parliament will have to show their colours to the voters we British have always been an arrogant race nobody is better than us at anything lets show the world we have not shrunken by our masters in Europe? just my view jp

Brian I'm surprised Greater Manchester (your area) is high up in the Brexit blog I thought it would've been high in the remain figure. Then again your friends haven't been out to vote yet.

Hi Jim#
All the immigrants in my area cannot read yet so do not know what is going on.
They think that Brexit is a Breakfast Cereal.
