Lack of due care by the Local Licencing authorities as all taxi drivers are supposed to have a 'fixed abode' so that they are contactable and traceable, so the woman should sue the taxi firm and authorities, it may not relieve her distress but it may make the local Council wake up.

Re: The exit debate on tv
Many crims say no fixed abode Ivan so they don't have to give their address, the downside for them if you can call it that is they are remanded in custody.I suppose the police could push for an address or last known address but that would be against the crims Human Rights, then again he could've given his previous address as the Khyber Pass.

HERE. The only way is LEAVE to avoid more of this.
Chris, already happened in Northumbria. Northumbrian Police did not publish details and neither did the BBC. BBC published details weeks after the incident occurred.

Re: The exit debate on tv
The latest scare tactic by dishonest Cameron is that the Uk old age pension can not be guaranteed if we exit, shamefully attempt to frighten a large proportion of voters. I don't think we have seen the last of dirty lies, it will get more loathsome as we get close to the 23 rd, bloody filthy politicians, kt

Re: The exit debate on tv
It was only a matter of time before the inevitable happened. A young assylum seeker has been granted permission by an immigration judge to bring his mother and brother into the UK.
It is nw possible that thousands more may seek permission to bring their families into the UK.
