John I had [if that the right word] sheep for years here on the farm. Got rid of them when I got older. Too hard to turn them over to clean hooves etc.
Must admit, I did like the black ones.
However. That's another story, and too much information.

Reminds me of an old joke. An Aboriginal asked a farmer how come his wife had given birth to a white baby, the farmer quickly looked around and said "Oh! it's a throwback'" what's that asked the aboriginal, well said the farmer, " look at that flock of white sheep, see that black sheep in the middle?" Oh ok said the Aboriginal, "You say nothing about the black sheep and I'll say nothing about the white baby".

Reminds me Des of the mature original Ozzie and missus at the docs in Perth enquiring why did their new baby had red hair. The doc thought for a moment and said to him "Where do you work'. him "In the Northern Territory". Doc, "Oh! Nothing to worry about. It's rust".
